CONSTRUCTION FEATURES:
- Hammond doors use 3/4" x 1-3/4" solid oak frames with 9/64" thick veneered flat center panel. Hammond doors have a beveled profile on the inside and outside of door frames and drawer fronts.
- Stafford doors use 3/4" x 1-3/4" solid oak frames with 3/8" thick veneered raised center panel. Stafford doors have a beveled profile on the inside and outside of door frames and drawer fronts.
- Newberry doors use 7/16" x 1-3/4" solid birch frames with 9/64" thick veneered recessed center panel. Newberry doors have a beveled profile on the inside and outside of door frames and drawer fronts.
- Bartlett doors have a white thermofoil heatformed and glued over a 5/8" MDF care to create a tough, durable finish surface. Bartlett doors have a raised center panel profile with beveled edges on the outside of the door frames and drawer fronts.
- Wall cabinets are constructed with 3/4" thick by 1-1/2" wide solid wood face frames. Rail and stiles are glued and stapled with mortise and tenon joint construction.
- Tops and frames of wall cabinets are 1/2" laminated particleboard and sides are 3/8" laminated particleboard.
- Wall cabinet shelves are 1/2" particleboard with laminate surface.
- Base cabinets are constructed with 3/4" thick and 1-1/2" wide solid wood face frames. Rails and stiles are glued and stapled with mortise and tenon joint construction. Toekick is 3/8" x 4" laminated particleboard.
- Sides, backs, and bottoms use 3/8" particleboard.
- The drawer guide system uses epoxy-coated guides with dual captive rollers, bottom mounted, double rails and built-in drawer stop. 100 lb. load capacity.
- Four sided drawer box is constructed with 1/2" laminated particleboard and 3/8" laminated bottom. Drawer box is stapled with butt jointed construction. Bottoms are stapled into sides, front, and back.
- Door hinges are concealed with a 7/16" overlay.
WARRANTY
- There is a one-year warranty offered on Hammond, Stafford, Newberry, and Bartlett cabinetry from the original date of purchase.
- Should the cabinetry fail during the applicable period due to defects in material or workmanship under normal use, necessary repair or replacement will be provided for the defective products.
- This warranty does not cover products which are misused, abused, mishandled, improperly installed, improperly stored, changed, modified, or subjected to extreme temperatures or extreme moisture levels. This warranty is not valid for products used for any purpose other than the purpose for which they were originally intended. This warranty does not cover the cost of installation, removal, subsequent damage, or transportation of the defective product, regardless of whether the work was performed by a contractor, service company or yourself.
